MyiQ 由iCycler 和光学模块组合而成（即iCycler 可升为MyiQ）。 其配备的光学系统可检测单色荧光（适用于FAM、SYBR Green I）。同样，MyiQ 具备 iCycler 诸如梯度 PCR、Peltier 温度控制等功能。MyiQ 特别适合于刚开始使用荧光PCR 技术的用户，或者大规模使用荧光 PCR 检测的用户。
除了检测波长数不同外，MyiQ 其他特性与 iQTM5 没有区别。其具体性能如下：
